Coupland, Texas is located east of Austin, Hwy 79 east to Texas Hwy 95 then 8 miles south of Taylor or Hwy 290 east to Elgin then 8 miles north on Hwy 95. Our Mission Statement
The Coupland Civic Organization, exists to enhance the lives of those who live in or visit our community through the forming of friendships, fostering responsibilities, encouraging volunteerism and providing a voice for the community.

The September 29th we will be serving Pizza, salad and cookies at 6:30 before Matt Kreidel talks to us about finalizing our Neighborhood Watch program. This is very important to our community and out lying areas. Please plan to join us.
